Established by students of renowned Tibetan meditation master, the late Kyabje Tulku Urgyen Rinpoche, who was our HH Phakchok Rinpoche's grandfather, his uncle HE Chokyi Nyima Rinpoche and his father HE Chokling Rinpoche have a long story of association and support for devotees at various centres around Malaysia.

The Penang Centre initiative was inspired by the devotion and gratitude of devotees towards their family in appreciation of their virtuous acts and compassion for followers in Malaysia.
